Brainstorm: Rugby,Soccer,EA Sports games.
Initial Brief: I have chosen to do soccer. The aim is to get people who like soccer to follow my blog.The purpose is so that I will have heaps of followers.The function-It will have information about soccer, some of the best players in the world,the world cup etc..
Stakeholders: The main stakeholder is me.3 other stakeholders are Joel,Raiden and Matt.The plan is to listen to their ideas as well as mine.The stakeholders feedbacks will have a good impact on my project because it will mean that I will get a higher mark and that I can make it into iTec next year aswell.
Key Factors: (1) Time-I need to finish my project before the end of term 4 (high priority) The impact-So I can finish my project on time and hand it in. (2) Copyright- Not to break the copyright law (Medium Priority). The impact-So I can get a better mark if I don't break the law. (3) Quality-I want to make my website that is high quality and that I am proud of (High Priority).The impact-It will give me a better mark. (4) Keep Focus-I need to focus on my project if I want to finish on time. (High Priorty).The impact-I can finish my project on time.
Specifications:
I want to include all about soccer and some of the golden rules. Make it good quality. Have lots of information. Finish it on time. The stakeholders should be happy with it.
